We are really looking forward to meet you and provide you our warm hospitality!!! We always do our best for our Guests in order to enjoy their staying in our accommodation and we will keep on doing it even if the circumnutates this year are different and difficult!!!

Taking into consideration the invisible Global threat called Covid-19 our Government and we as individuals, company and our guests should follow some instructions and protocols concerning health safety in order to provide the maximum and accurate protection to each other during your staying in our Apartments.

Here below you will find all official necessary information and instructions that we have so far and we follow them from the Greek Government, Ministry of Tourism and National Public Health Organization. Keep on mind that each day something new is coming up or something already existing may be rephrased us we are going through unique situation in moments of uncertainty.

As well as here below and in our web site you will find updated information about our Accommodation terms, policies and voluntary actions in terms of your safety.

1. General Information According to Greek Government and Greek National and European Health Organization health protocols for individuals and Guests. This is what we know so far however everything can change day by day, we suggest you to get individually inform before travel.

A. Obligatory: A PLF Form must be completed 48 TO 24 hours before departure for each person of the group individually in order to be able travel. Please assist your airplane company for further details or your governments / flight company web page.

B. All people will be asked to fulfill a form with their conduct details and their destination details.

Notice: For countries that require Rapid test and PCR test before your departure from Rhodes – Greece, Guests are responsible to organize their appointment with a private hospital or private Medical center or the public Medical Center of Lindos in order to have their test and the certificate of it.

For your own assist we came up with 3 different alternatives for you, however you can choose to make your test anywhere else that you decide even if it’s not on the ones that are listed below.

Keep on mind that the closest Private Hospital and Private medical center making certify rapid tests and PCR test are located in Rhodes town approximately 40 km from Lindos Village. However Public medical center within Lindos Village behind the Main Church of Lindos that is doing certify rapid tests.

My recommendation is to book in advance before arriving to Lindos your appointment for your test in Rhodes – Lindos. Make sure to ask all necessary information before booking such us test pricing, etc.

However, you are free to decide and choose your own medical center that you are willing to be tested, KLYTIA private medical center and Euromedica is just a recommendation because of my own experience on PCR testing.

A. Hand and personal hygiene (we meticulously wash the hands with clear or antiseptic), the most important thing for your own security is to wash your hand before and after touching any object and do not touch in any case your face or if unable to wash hand use antiseptics. Notice: Avoid in any case in any moment to touch your face with your hands!!!

We wash our hands,

after each application with no or additional technical secretions on (saliva, droplets),

  • After touching any objects,
  • before putting on the mask,
  • before and after removing the mask,
  • before and after removing the gloves,
  • before and after any action!!!!

Word Health Organization encourage individuals to take care of their own health and protect others by:

  • washing hands frequently with water and soap or using hand-sanitizing gel;
  • maintaining social distancing (keeping a distance of 1 meter (3 feet) between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing)
  • avoiding touching eyes, nose and mouth
  • following respiratory hygiene (covering your mouth and nose with your folded elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze, then disposing of the used tissue immediately)
  • seeking medical care early if you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing; and
  • staying informed and following advice given by your health care provider, national and local public health authority, or employer on how to protect yourself and others from COVID-19.

B. Guests have the responsibility to bring with them masks, gloves and antiseptics. Masks are obligatory in all interior and exterior spaces in Greece except restaurants, etc. till now

C. Obligatory Distance within people: (minimum 2 meters’ distance from each other)

D. Avoid crowded places keep the 2 meters’ minimum distance.

E. Recommend use of gloves when go shopping, supermarket or cash withdraw.

2. Information and Restrictions protocols for Accommodations and Guests.

Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 period and due to protocols as you can understand from the situation that SERVICES provided by us are limited. For example:

A. Check in and Check out to the accommodation will be made through the phone via web, by FaceTime, skype, face call, what’s up call in order for me to be able to give you all necessary information concerning the apartments amenities from the time that you will enter the apartment with the rest of your group. As well as web conduct is necessary for information or queries throughout your staying. I would like to kindly ask you to make sure that before arriving you have access in one of the apps above which are free to download.

However, upon your arrival I will be outside (exterior/outdoor) of your apartment waiting to welcome you by keeping the distance of 2 meters with all necessary equipment.

B. Notice: Full payment of your Booking will be made electronically via web Banking before your arrival or during your staying.

C. Upon Arrival Guest will find a form to complete concerning conduct information.

Full Names of all Guest belonging to the group. Conduct information such as mobile number, email and address.

All this information will be hold on a file only for your staying and then they will be distracted. The reason is that In case of Covid-19 symptom in one person of the group the Government will use the information for the rest of people in order to control and eliminate transmission of virus to the rest. On your Check out your departure the form with your group conduct information requested will be distracted/deleted.

D. All members of staff have been informed and trained in order to provide the maximum health protection to you and us during your staying in our accommodation. As well as our accommodation has the Governmental Health certificate that certifies that our accommodation had been controlled, evaluated and has done all necessary actions and process to ensure the protection of guests and workers. The manager responsible in case of Covid19 case is me George Karaslanis.

E. Decontamination and Sterilization before the guests check in take place and the cleaning day as well as on check out with a decontamination machine called “FOGGER” AGROSPECOM certify by the National Organization of Medicines and Licensing Authority form the Greek Ministry of Agriculture.

F. Unfortunately, restrictions concerning Cleaning services for our level says that will take place only one time per staying and this one time should be upon request free of charge from the guest.

G. The Guest can make the request 2 days in advance via email or message to me. Keep on mind The time of cleaning services is approximately 4 to 5 hours per apartment. During that time guests cannot enter the apartment. The procedure take time in order to ensure the proper efficient and accurate Cleaning of the house. Every day when guests are in the house they should leave windows open in order for fresh air filtering the house. Most important when is your cleaning day, approximately one hour before leaving your apartment, all windows should be open.

a. Important information for the procedure of Decontamination and cleaning: The cleaner with all obligatory protection equipment (mask, gloves, glasses, protection uniform and shoe bags) and cleaners will enter the apartment to make the cleaning (use of Cleaners and use of steam machine). Before entering your apartment for cleaning we place the decontamination machine “FOGGER” in to your apartment for approximately 20 to 30 minutes after we open all windows for approximately other 30 minutes and then the cleaner entering your apartment for cleaning. When the cleaning ends we place again the decontamination machine to your apartment and the procedure described above take place again in order for the apartment to be ready for you. Notice: The day that cleaning will take place is recommended that guests are responsible to cover their personal objects as well to remove or put them in to the kitchen cupboard.

b. Dear Guests following the instructions I would like to kindly inform you that upon your arrival you will find in your apartment extra linen and towels according to the number of your staying in order for you to use them and change them.

Also you will be informed in which place of your private courtyard you will leave the used linen and towels as well as rubbish in order for us to collect them. Linen and Towels should be placed in big recycling plastic bags. You will find a lot of recycling plastic bags in your apartment. (Notice Linen are washed in temperatures 70°).

H. Air-conditioning, the use of Air-conditioning must be made only in the mode of filtered Air (because the air is recycling) if necessary and NO on the Cool mode as we used to use the last several years because is prohibited. However, Air-conditioning filters getting clean and decontaminate after every single check out and every time the cleaning service take place. However, the healthiest strongly recommended way is with open windows. Our Apartments gives you the opportunity to use only open windows when you are in home because each window has a mosquito net.

I. Entrance of persons other from the booking Group members in to the Apartment is strictly prohibited. Other persons beyond the Group are not permitted to enter the apartment!

J. All staff members of Lindos Amphitheater Villas and Apartments are checking daily obligatory their temperature and 2 days per week self-testing following Greek Health Protocols restrictions.

K. Hot Tub, if your apartment has a hot tub you should know that i will have to visit it in order to test Ph levels. However, i will be in conduct with you for that in term of the time of visit. The hot tub automatically will do each hour, each day 24 hours, a recycling of water. Keep on mind it is prohibited to use hot tub from 23.30 to 08.00.

L. Guests will find in their accommodation upon their arrival hand sop antiseptic Dettol, Antiseptic gel, mask of one use and antiseptic wipes as well as gloves, all of them according to the number of guests, individuals packaging.

M. Guests will find upon the arrival in our accommodation you will find a paper in plastic with all necessary information according to Greek protocols taking place in our Villas and apartments and with a full information list concerning emergency conduct numbers. Guests will also find pictures of Word Health Organization with correct ways to use your protection equipment (mask, etc) as well as pictures with useful

information for your protection. Finally, I will tell you in details all the information (according to health protocols) needed for you to process correctly and safely with the health restrictions as well as in case of a covid how we should react.

3. Information According Greek National Health Organization protocols for Accommodations and Guests IN CASE OF SYPTOM OF COVID-19.

A. Step one: When a guest during his staying feels:

Most common symptoms:

  • fever
  • dry cough
  • tiredness

Less common symptoms:

  • aches and pains
  • sore throat
  • diarrhoea
  • conjunctivitis
  • headache
  • loss of taste or smell
  • a rash on skin, or discolouration of fingers or toes

Serious symptoms:

  • difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
  • chest pain or pressure
  • loss of speech or movement

The first thing to do is to inform the Manager of the accommodation (me) as well as the National Health Organization and the Doctor that we collaborate with because you will be asked for some personal information. All information concerning our conduct and Doctor as well as emergency numbers are listed and visible in your apartment.

So the Guest call as, call the National Health Organization and the Doctor. You explain the symptoms that you have then they will inform you and us about what we should do, how we will proceed.

In case of symptoms, The National Health organization and the doctor will tell the guest to go and have a rapid test or a PCR test most probably in Rhodes town. Notice: In case that the patient is going to be taken with an ambulance then only member of the booking group wants to be with the patient he should were all necessary/ obligatory protection equipment, mask, glasses, gloves, antiseptics.

If the test shows that you are positive, then you will be transfer with an ambulance to a “covid hotel” in order to receive all necessary treatment from the National Health Organization. Keep on mind: In both cases it is strictly prohibited for the staff of the accommodation to enter the apartment only me and the Doctor with all obligatory equipment (mask, protection face glass, gloves, waterproof one time use robes, waterproof one time use shoes bags) can enter the room only if its emergency!!!

In other words, if a guest is positive he will conduct himself straight with Greek National Health Organization: Number 0030 210 5212054 or 1135 EODY or 1572 COVID-19 (24 hours) for all questions, information’s and procedures. The Management and the staff of the hotel from that point cannot provide any further assistance as it is prohibited from Greek Protocols because of safety reasons.

This accommodation has all appropriate Governmental certificate in terms of Health protocols restrictions in order to ensure our Guests healthy staying for 2021 like we’ve done already for summer season 2019. As well as all members of staff and Management had been trained and certify via seminars in Health protocols procedures and restrictions from the Greek Government. Upon your arrival in our villas and apartments you will find a plastic booklet with all topics described above in details for covid measures, safety measures as well as all terms and conditions which are listed also in our web site. By official booking with us through any e-agent, agent, social network or our web site means that you had read and agreed with our terms and conditions.
