Customers who require an invoice are requested to inform us at reservation or the latest upon arrival.

Payment of the full amount that has been agreed during reservation will be accepted by credit card, bank transfer, through Paypal or cash during the stay in our Complex.

The hotel has the right to debit or to block by pre-approval the card that was given in the booking, up to the total amount of the reservation or the agreed advance amount, and to charge the same card in case of cancellation costs.

No reservation is considered final until there is a receat or a successful pre-approval or credit card billing.

A valid credit card is required upon arrival. The hotel has the right to pre-authorize or charge this card for accommodation, products, services, losses or damages, even after the departure of the customer.

Redemption/Full payment will be made before arrival, upon arrival or before departure.

Any health problem should be reported in writing at your booking.

It is forbidden to enter Hot Tub in those who have open wounds in subjects epileptically or in people suffering from transmissible disease.

It is forbidden to enter Hot Tub, when you are drunk or drinking and when you are eating. Glasses in or around Hot Tub are prohibited. Diving is prohibited, use Hot Tub stairs to get in and out.

The use of the Hot Tub by children under the age of 18 requires parents supervision.
